I am so highly disappointed with this living experience and I've lived here now for over 3 years!!! I moved in as a matter of convenience and when they started popping up with paid reserved parking spaces I knew it was time to GO! How are you going to charge me a mortgage and then have the audacity to ask me to pay monthly for a parking spot! Outrageous! It's like fight club just to park near your apartment when you get home!
And let's not address their towing policy stating all visitors should park in a VISITOR spot and when they do, they still get towed!!!! Unbelievable! Been here way too long for this to happen to a friend visiting! This is why I can't recommend or refer anyone to live here!
And not to mention that even after repeated calls to the leasing office to complain about Sasquatch living upstairs nothing has improved! You can HEAR EVERYTHING, so you can only imagine the horrors!
Currently the neighbors across the way have a full sized couch on the balcony that's a huge eyesore and I'm pretty sure about 5 people live in the 1 bedroom apartment! They are always on the balcony smoking and hawking up phlegm off the balcony as well! Really classy Chandelier! Their balcony looks crazy and I haven't seen anything changed! I once got a fine for having a mop on my balcony! Please be consistent and do your jobs!

I've only been here for 3 months and I cannot wait to move out. THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN MY BATHROOM CEILING THAT KEEPS GROWING AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO ADDRESS THE OBVIOUS LEAK UPSTAIRS. My apartment is a health hazard yet they still haven't responded to my service requests that I submitted over 2 weeks ago. I cannot recommend living here. It has been pure hell. You can hear everything that happens here. My next door neighbors are always having violent arguments in the middle of the night (only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt). My upstairs neighbors are ALWAYS WALKING AROUND AND IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE STOMPING BUT THEY ACTUALLY AREN'T BECAUSE THE WALLS ARE SERIOUSLY THAT THIN. I hate it here so much and would love nothing more than to be released from my leasing contract. Such a shame that I can't live in peace in my own place. I will be evaluating all my options. DO NOT MOVE HERE or risk compromising your health.

Lived here 2 years. What in the **** was I thinking? My apartment flooded 4 times, and I mean flooded, the sewer backed up twice and the upstairs neighbors rained down twice ruined just about everything, roaches for roommates, homeless people sleeping on my balcony, air conditioner failed and failed and failed. Bonus... theives stealing ANYTHING outside your door. My building was also blessed with orange spray paint tagging. What does management do? Offers physical fitness classes and free present wrapping. This place needs to be gutted. Don't sign up just because you are desperate, look elsewhere.

I hate that I have to give them one star, from the very FIRST day till the very LAST day we moved in we seen roaches, we put in multiple work orders & when they came out to spray it seems like the roaches got worst!! , Our car for broken into 3 different times , the office said sorry but theres noting we can do, we dont have any cameras my whole 12 months of living here was the worst! Also we didnt have hot water for about a week, maintenance took their time fixing that , then I AC went out, I took another two weeks to fix that. They dont care about you, they only care about the money. These apartments need to be torn down! They recently just got a whole new office staff, expect for Maggie, Maggie makes promises she cant keep & goes back on her word! She should have been fired with the other staff! DONT MOVE HERE ! You will regret EVERY dime you put into these roach infested apartment!

We stayed there way too long & I cannot even begin to tell u how many different ppl came & went as far as the office manager & her assistant & maintenance. Most of the time they did not have maintenance cuz I spoke w/a couple guys & they said that they were like almost 200 work orders behind cuz they couldn't keep any1. They said they were just there till they could find somewhere else to work. I even spoke with ppl staying there & they said they were not going to renew the lease. We were told that they were gonna let us out of our lease bcuz it had water damage from the apt upstair & the apt next to us . They told us not to clean it bcuz it needed to b renovated, it was 1 of the last apt that needed to b updated. I guess it doesn't matter if u talked to Rachel, Maddie, & Donnette. None of them keep their word so plz b super careful w/what they tell u record or document everything u discuss with them bcuz they will def flip on u if u don't do exactly what they 1st talk to u abt. Sorry we ever stayed there. Plz don't make the same mistake.

Excellent maintenance. They show up in a timely manner and actually do what they say they are going to do. The staff is nice to the people who live there. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but as an apartment dweller for many years I can totally appreciate it.They are good members of the community in many ways, whether they are taking donations for a family in need or the local animal shelter or other such things. They make it a nice place to live.

Rats and lots of roaches every where, took management almost a month to send pest control and take care of a rat that trashed all of our food and other goods around the apartment.
Next door are smokers and the smoke goes into our apartment via the vents in the kitchen and bathroom, had to tape them out.
Air conditioner don't work and a request to fix it still pending, Moving out.

I come back from out of town to find a maintenance man leaving my wife's apartment. He came to fix a tub and toilet that were FALLING through the neighbor's floor. My wife assumed they had finally came to fix her AC that is constantly leaking and flooding the floor. She is currently 4 months pregnant and began to cry because the office refused to ensure the problem was resolved. The sheetrock around the AC was damaged and never replaced despite a work order saying t was. My wife sent emails to the manager directly and never heard back. They have never fixed the broken microwave handle despite numerous reports of it. The floors are weak and ready to fall through in some places.
Just do not move into the slum lord, money hungry trash hole of apartments unless you like your vehicle being broken into and the manager bitching to you about a trash bag you placed outside while you are waiting for them to arrive to see the multiple cars broken into.

This is the absolute worst place in the WORLD to rent. They tried to change the lease on me three hours before I moved in so I would pay more money. Then Rachel the agent only wanted to argue that she was right and I was wrong. When they gave me the keys the apartment was a complete mess. The place smelled like they had been making meth inside, the counters were scratched and faded and the ceiling fan was about to collapse. The entire apartment was infested with roaches. Thankful they reverted the lease and promised my money back in thirty days and I still haven't received the check. When I called the corporate office they immediately sent me right back to the original office and did nothing. Do yourselves a favor, stay FAR AWAY from this nightmare.

I Have been here for a month now and really enjoy it! I got a great location of the apartment complex, just how I hoped. No surprises. Very peaceful so far and I hope it stays that way :). Maggie did a fantastic job helping me out. The staff there is friendly and enjoyable to work with. The new pool is always fun to go to, as well as relaxing. I had something that I requested be looked at In the apartment and maintenance was out there the next day! Love the quick response. Thanks guys!

Even though I am not living here yet, I just want to give a shout out to Maribel (property manager) and Maggie for being so kind and awesome! I had a bit of an issue with a special and they were still able to honor it for me due to the miscommunication, and I am very grateful for that! There was a lot of back and forth communication and I'm sure it was a pain to deal with, but they were very patient and sweet towards me. I think my stay with Chandelier will be great as long as these two ladies are in the office :)
EDIT: I've moved in now and have to say I really like it here! Newly renovated apartments with brand new appliances, hardwood floors, great location, and maintenance is very fast and thorough. It's great living here and I definitely do not regret choosing to live here for my move to Austin!

The staff is friendly and seem to get things done in a timely manner when an issue arises. The surrounding neighborhood is not great The location to downtown and businesses is pretty good. Overall it is a decent value.

But, consider the facts that the staff at times isn't there when they should be. Some of staff are nice but others aren't. Bugs all over the place and the pest control sucks! I had to buy my own bug spay which worked better than what they were using. This is only part of it. They kept wanting more money especially the last month rent. Please never come here!

NEVER heard back from officer. Emailed + called front office MULTIPLE times about never hearing back and NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM EITHER. The price point for this low quality place is outrageous!!!!!!! It's a scam, sorry bout it.

Everything was cool when moving in. Found out later that I had a terrible leak from electrical outlets in the ceiling. Spent about 4 months going back and forth between management. They never did much, they just always shrugged it off and said they were "working on it." Finally had enough and documented everything and I threatened legal action considering my apartment was a FIRE HAZARD!! After that, they "magically" got me a new apartment and everything was fine. That was with the old management, didn't really have any problems with the new management, which is why my review is 2 stars instead of 1.
The amenities are nice, and so are some of the people. But there are definitely better apartment complexes here for the price. The tow truck is constantly here trying to take away someone's vehicle and as other reviews have stated, there is a definite rodent problem.
If you want my advice, DO NOT trust them by their model apartment they show you. Read the reviews on here and make a decision based off facts and not fabrication.
