Used to be 5 stars, but the grill and fire pit have not worked in a month, people have been littering all over. The pool constantly has the vacuum in it. The valet trash only works half of the time. Its a good looking apartment and i was excited to live here but its seeming to go down hill really fast. Just spoke to a couple who just moved in trying to use the grills, they weren't even informed that they weren't working. The staff answers fairly quick but these things haven't been fixed which is disappointing. Overall nice place just needs more pep in their step to get things finished. The gate at the front of the community still is not installed.

People are friendly and the place is in great condition. Unfortunately, Ive had a couple of issues one being our trash not being picked up sometimes, despite having it out during the correct time period, but my biggest one is the hidden fees. When the lease was signed there was no communication that there is a separate charge added called the community fee so the price we signed to pay is not the price that is being charged to our accounts. I have been told that the price we see on our end is a bit wonky. I also do not see anywhere in the welcome home letter about the hidden community fee. I can not locate it in the monthly breakdown ANYWHERE. It should be addressed and be clearly broken down prior to any agreement.

Great experience so far. Kayla was awesome at walking my roommates and I through the leasing process and was very clear about pricing and features of the facilities. Apartments are very clean due to the new construction, and I have not had any problems with any appliances. I am splitting a 3 bedroom with two other roommates, and for the price this complex far out-competes others within the area. The gym is phenomenal. It alone is worth an equivalent 60-80$ subscription at your local YMCA or equivalent. The pool is nice and kept very clean. In general, the cleanliness of the complex is notable. Hope that it stays this way going forward. Location is really nicely positioned as well. No more than a 15-20 minutes drive to most amenities within the CSRA. For those who are working on Fort Gordon, the complex is only about 10-15 minutes to Gate 1 which is very convenient. Really feel like I struck gold for the price I am paying here.

The place is amazing. My family and I have an apartment on the 3rd floor with a great view and decent neighbors. A much needed change from the other apartments We've had in the past. Most luxurious clubhouse I've ever been in, and the cleanest pool table I've ever played on. Hopefully there will be enough players in the community to start a league. the staff is very nice and attentive Big ups to Mason Augusta for doing it right
