My wife and I lived here with our dog until recently when we decided to move out of state. We loved our experience here!! Judy in the office is super nice and helpful and the maintenance team always does an awesome job! Kevin and Austin always come to your unit in a timely manner and get the job done without issue. Marty will call after every maintenance job is complete to follow up and make sure everything is good which I appreciated a lot. I would definitely be renewing my lease if I were staying in Michigan.

People tend to only leave reviews when they have a negative experience when they are renting somewhere but I just wanted to take a quick moment to share the positive experience that I had living at Westbury Village for 3 years. Judy and the rest of the leasing staff were great to work with. There's been a few different leasing agents there in the past couple of years but they are always super pleasant to work with. If you have difficulty with maintenance requests make sure to also utilize the portal where you pay your rent and they get them and try to stay on top of them and prompt replies. I had a lock out emergency when my key broke in the door at 1AM after a night out and it was during the winter and they got someone out there as quick as they could to get me into my apartment. Judy is seriously the best, I really enjoyed working with her and when things went poorly or I had a bad experience she always made sure it was done right. She has a lot of experience in the industry and I'm fortunate to have had her as my property manager. Overall I would most definitely recommend Westbury Village to anybody. The short walk to downtown Auburn Hills where there's tons of events going on and the city is expanding everyday is just great. It's a 5 minute walk to the park and the trails. Duffy's Pub is right there and has amazing bar food and they're open late with a cool crowd and music features. The price that you pay for what you get is definitely worth it in my opinion because of how spacious the floorplans are. The only reason that we are leaving is due to some changes in my life needing to transition to a newer place in a different area otherwise I would have stayed here longer.
