Tenant will have access to all shared areas such as a designated Bathroom with updated features and a Shower/Tub combo, Living/Dining rooms & Kitchen. If needed, we can discuss the possibility of allowing additional storage space within the Unfinished Basement. The Monthly Rent includes private room and *all utilities* (includes AT&T fiber Internet!). We do require a signed 6-month Rental Lease, and Security Deposit is required (one month of rent).
