This quiet location with pretty views has two buildings served by one driveway. One building is brick and is not for rent. The second is a two story guesthouse for rent to one occupant for $1520/month. The rent for a second occupant is $60 additional per month. (note: the garage shown in the photo is not for rent and is not connected to the living area of the guesthouse. Additional photos can be texted to you.)
Utilities are extra. Electricity is separately metered in your name. Water is $40/month per person. Sanitation is $20/month.
Discount: $50 if the rent is paid on the first day that it is due each month.
Leases end or are renewed during June-July.
Income: 2.75 times the rent with copies of last four check stubs or bank statements- a good credit and rental history history can lower the income requirement.
All occupants must have a valid government issued ID and a social security card. We have our own in-house application. Identity check, Credit, eviction & damage history, job & income status and background check are a part of this process, too.
Pets: no dogs or other animals. maximum 2 cats- canaries are okay. Pet fee (one time) $200 + $15/mo/cat- $5/mo/canary.
Subletting: no longer permitted due to past damage.
