This side of the duplex has a fully fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, barbeque grill, and outdoor chairs. There is also access to the unfinished basement which has a washer and dryer guests are allowed to use.

Guest access
Traffic is quite heavy during game days and street parking can be a real challenge so we recommend arriving the day before a game if your plans will allow. There is room for 1 car to park in the driveway and 1 garage stall is included in this rental. There is a keypad lock on the front door next to the garage for entry upon arrival for contactless check in.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.
