I have lived here for a month now and I've been pleasantly surprised. The apartment is spacious and have newly renovated floors. The area is nicely kept up with green grass and a tennis court. There's construction, but there's construction all over texas so I'm used to it, but it could be annoying to others. The one complaint i do have is PARKING, there's never parking available the vast majority of the time, so sometimes I have to park at Meadow Run and walk home. But overall this is one of the largest and afforable apartments at UTA and in the area.

No parking spaces are ever available. I've had a car hit my car in the parking lot when I was not there, I called the UTA cops and they didn't do anything because there are no cameras in the parking lot. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere. Loud construction always going on that wakes you up super early in the morning.
