-Credit Score 600+: $2,400 security deposit
-Credit Score below 600: $3,600 security deposit
Upon acceptance of application, security deposit is due upon signing of lease, any prorated rent is due on or before move-in date, rent is due 1st of the month, any applicable pet deposit is due upon move-in.
