Monthly Rent: $690 ($675 base rent + $15 Smart Room Upgrade: In-room Nest Hub, smart lighting, and dedicated fiber ethernet).
Security Deposit: $690
Internet: 1GB Fiber Included.
Utilities: City (water/trash), gas, and electricity split equally between tenants.
Lease Term: 12 Months starting March 1st.
