To keep things comfortable in this shared home, we’ll be making the house all-male or all-female based on whoever signs the first lease!

We welcome responsible pet owners (max 2 roaming pets total in the home). Roaming pets (Cats/Dogs under 50lbs) are $35/mo rent + $150 refundable deposit. Enclosure pets are $0 rent + $150 refundable deposit. Tenants assume liability for any pet damage.
Rent & Terms
Monthly Rent: $825 (Covers your private floor, private bath, and dedicated garage/driveway parking).
Security Deposit: $825
Internet: 1GB Fiber Included (Wi-Fi).
Utilities: City (water/trash), gas, and electricity split equally between tenants.
Lease Term: 12 Months starting March 1st.

Single-Sex Household Designation: To ensure the privacy and comfort of all residents in this shared-living environment, this home will be designated as a single-sex household (either All-Male or All-Female). The designation will be determined by the gender of the first qualified applicant to execute a lease agreement. Once the first lease is signed, all subsequent openings will be filled by applicants of the same gender to maintain a single-sex living environment.
