I have been living here for nearly 5 years, since December 2017. I enjoy it here very much. There is a community feel about the place, neighbors talk to each other and we do look out for one another. The management is some of the best I've dealt with. Leticia and Dawn are wonderful. The maintenance crew completes work orders promptly. The apartments are serviced by 3 bus lines including the ART. There are 2 grocery stores, a movie theater, several restaurants and a park within walking distance. Looking for a comfortable place to call home? Give these apartments a look.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and have had quite the pleasant experience. Everywhere I have lived I can say there's this and that that's wrong, but generally speaking, I have been satisfied. What makes the difference is the management team. I guarantee you will not find a better manager than Leticia. She is as real and compassionate as they get. She cares so much about this property and it is something you can really see in her. Rent has increased astronomically in this city and yes there have been increases here, but the difference is money gets poured into the property which is honestly something I've NEVER seen in any other place I've lived in this city. I have read some of the previous reviews and I have never had an issue with rodents, but I have had seasonal issues with ants. Nothing too out of control that a little orthomax didn't correct. These apartments are in an area with ALOT of trees and actual grass, sooo 1+1 = 2, LOL. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, the issue was resolved in a very timely manner and if the fix didn't work, they came right on back until it the issue was resolved. Again im very satisfied with the Via Tijeras community.
