My kids are happy. Staff is nice and respectful. Maintenance is awesome, respectful and nice. I love my neighbors. Sure there are going to be some things wrong with the buildings being they are old but when you call maintenance they fix it right away. It's an affordable place to live, kid and pet friendly. There is security and parking enforcement. The Apts are big as well. My kids are happy to play out side. The best part about living here aside from having your own back yard is we are a community. We help one another. Not to many complexes are little community's. Not to many maintenance worker in complexes take the time to make sure the older people are ok (we all do that as a community). People will complain about anything. If you notice roaches it's common sense to ask your neighbors to spray when you spray (if not they just go back and fourth). If you seek a community oriented neighbors this is it. If you seek a safe nice place this is it (even if your a recluse or homebody). If you seek ghetto and Drama this is not the place for you.
