Do not move here. We have been living here less then a month and we regret it. It is March 5 and we just received a letter saying we owe money for the Feb 13 the date that we moved in. Even though we paid on that date. The apartment was not clean ,smelled of cigarette smoke and nothing in order. Our ceiling fan light stopped working a week in, sink is leaking, about 90 percent of blinds are broken. And are constantly waiting on them keeping their records straight. They will always come up with ways to charge you more money and if you do not pay they will try to evict you. Save your selves the headache and don't come here.

Lived here almost 2 months. I have found the managers to be very nice lovely women. Had an issue with a few thing in the apartment and it was addressed in a timely manner. I love how spacious the place is. I have not seen one roach. It is quiet i haven't had any issues. I really like the place.

The laundrymat availble was full of human and dog hair never cleaned as long as I lived there which was 6 month lease. Security to walk area when suspectful people are around never came when I made two calls nor did they shown concern. When maintenance was requested to come in and fix sink drain they did not fix it and when I consulted the manager she showed no concern. It was not worth the amount of money. Cabinets have a lasting smell of old and worn out wood. Maid service was paid to clean my apartment and thats that I had no pets and $500 of my deposit was kept!!

I'm moving out soon after a year here, but I love my actual apartment. However, I rarely feel super safe. It shouldn't be a terrible part of town, but this complex has brought in more police presence than there should be. I've overheard plenty of domestic disputes, have had my next door neighbor try to get broken into which brought police, as well as him needing to defend his apartment with a shotgun. Not something I want happening next to me. It's a shame because this place could be really nice. Definitely needs upgraded kitchens for as much as rent has gone up for a new lease. Management also has a hard time at actually listening to what I'm saying. They told me I said I wanted to pay for an extra two months after my lease when I said no such thing. Lastly, my neighbor plays loud music with heavy bass that shakes my walls well into the evening. All in all, I'm looking forward to moving on.

I moved into these apartments in the beginning of February and I told the maintenance men that it smelt like mold in some of the cabinets across from the sink. He came to check it out and told me that he didn't smell anything. I used to help my parents flip houses so I am very familiar with the smell of mold. I let it slide, however, and wondered why I was so sick while I lived there. I went to the urgent care 3 times in the 1.5 months I lived in this complex. Then one Friday, I get home from work and the kitchen sink had flooded my apartment. The water had pooled in the living room, the hallway, the bathroom, and the bedroom closet because the floors were uneven to begin with. I immediately reported it to the leasing office and maintenance fixed the pipe that was clogged. I cleaned the floors but no one came to dry the carpet in the bedroom until Wednesday. That is 5 days that it took them to respond to the issue and only after I complained EXTENSIVELY! The brought in a super loud fan to dry the carpet but refused to replace the carpets despite the mildew smell. I spent those 5 days sleeping elsewhere because it was impossible to sleep in the apartment with the terrible smell. At this point, the cabinets I originally said smelt like mold reeked and I ended up ripping off the trim to see what was going on because they said they would do it themselves but never actually did. As soon as I ripped it off, the smell was so intense and sure enough, there was black mold there. I took pictures and reported it to the office. Corporate was involved at this point and would not admit to having mold in the apartment because that is an inhabitable living situation, however, they let me break my lease without any termination fees because they knew what it was despite their resistance to admit it. I moved out immediately, but they did not reimburse me for the month and a half I lived there or any of my medical bills because it turned out I was so sick due to breathing in mold spores while I lived there. The landlord at this property is absolutely terrible. If you have a maintenance request, you have to ask them at least 5 times or it will never be fixed. I am 23 years old and I exercise everyday but when I was living in this complex, I would wake up in the morning and not be able to breathe. I would never recommend living in these apartments, especially because I am pretty sure they did not replace the mold-infested cabinets after I moved out because they are cheap and lazy.

I loved the apartment. Tons of closet space, a good layout, and a patio. Did have an infestation issue and they had my place sprayed, had to do that a few times. Walking outside at night was a nightmare because I am afraid of cockroaches. People wouldnt clean up after their dogs like on the sidewalks. Could hear everything from the neighbor above me apartment. The AC is extremely loud, I would run the AC all day while I am at work to come home to a cold apartment and leave the AC off because of the amount of noise it makes. Maintenance is very nice and prompt. The office manager is a joke. The one now and the one before. They charged me cleaning fees when I moved out, I had pictures to prove the condition I left the apartment in and the new manager couldn't help me because "he just got into the office and wasnt familiar with my situation" he referred me to there corporate office. He a very disrespectful man. Corporate took care of my problem very promptly.

Lived here for nearly 3 years. Our rent just keeps going up rather than giving us a discount for renewing our lease they charge you more! To top it off, this place has gone through so many managers over the last couple years and every manager has made this living experience a nightmare! They NEVER answer their phones and the manager is NEVER around! And we end up fixing THIER mistakes!! We plan on not renewing our lease.
