I've lived at Spring Park for 7 years and have no intention of moving. I love having the park so close to take my grandkids on weekends for walks and to play on the playground. There's a great shopping center right across the street which makes it so convenient. I've never had an issue with the people that work there...they're always friendly and listen to any issues I've had.

Stay away - youre just a number on a whiteboard at Spring Park. My family and I were involved with management here for over 4 years and 3 different floor plans. There is currently a hefty unresolved complaint among numerous tenants regarding management and outrageous utility charges - it does not cost nearly $450/ month to power a two bedroom apartment. Responsibility shifts from apartment manager to meter reader in a viscous cycle while tenants are forced to pay. Maintenance and office personnel lack tact and diplomacy. The most recent examples include: eye rolls, hacking up a lung on my childrens toothbrushes, dirty/bloody prints on walls after simple service attempts, and false claims of notice postings. Parking is horrendous and there is no help in getting you covered parking near your unit.(Not even my requests while very pregnant.) We have had two newer vehicles stolen and often had to cut family outings short due to creepers/ rabid dumpster divers on site. Unfortunately, previous reviewers do hold merit in mentioning the rude attitudes upon move-out. Save your elbow grease - you will get sucked into the vortex of walk through charges no matter how hard you scrub. From passive aggressive, unprofessional customer service to an unsafe neighborhood - you are better off calling somewhere else home. (Even as I write this I ponder the pending retaliation post-move from this month.) We are relieved to finally be free and hopefully you will heed my warning while saving a bit of money. Business is business but its okay to have a heart for your community Spring Park.

I love living here . We were here for about 2 years. It's a safe , quiet area . The office is amazing! Sara and her team was great! Maintenance here was awesome too. I had few time late night issues with the toilet clogging . They were super fast at the situation. I would move back here in a heartbeat.

The apartments are nice and the people are nice until you move out. I bought a house so obviously I moved out and when they did the walk through they nickel and dimed me for pretty much sneezing. Dirty bath tiles were 15.00 dirty counters were $10.00 and its not like I was a damn pig! there was not stains or holes in the counter tops or the bath tiles but because there was dust or a crumb on the counter they charged me for it. I think that is pretty pathetic of them. There were 2 light bulbs out and they were out when I moved in and I still got charged for it. $15.00 for dirty microwave... seriously!!?? I know I cleaned that thing but I guess it wasn't up to their standards or they just wanted more money from me. so I owe like $1,050.00 and they said call for a payment plan. Their payment plan is only 3 month and no negotiations. If they are closed on the day the money is due they will sent you to collections because it fell on a day they weren't open and that is considered late. I think it's pathetic how they treat you when you don't live there any more.

Property managers are rude and very unhelpful. Unnecessary fees, keep safety deposits for ridiculous things, and charged me an extra days rent on move out bc I got keys to the at 5 pm. Also was charged multiple times while renting for having a blanket over the window to keep the sun out, I was told the heat from the blanket caused the blinds to melt. Couldn't get maintenance to come whenever I needed them either. If you're into being nickeled and dimed over ridiculous things this is the place for you. Upstairs neighbors were also very loud despite multiple complaints, one of the tenants started his motorcycle at 5 am everyday and revved the engine to get it started. Had to leave this place to keep my sanity. Would highly recommend finding another location to rent.

1year lease in 2014. Washer and dryer in every unit! I loved that the pool was always clean and never over crowded with too many kids. Location was perfect across from smith's, next to a dog friendly park, and also across from two awesome bars!! Staff was very kind and professional. maintenence is also great!! I loved how safe I felt great neighborhood I had awesome neighbors! Very quiet at night. I lived at brodstone Ladera before this and it was a major upgrade. . Living here was worth the 25 mile drive to work everyday.. definitely recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I lived in this apartment when we first got married in 2011. We stayed for 10 months (moved into a home), and we enjoyed our time here. We lived in a 1 bedroom split level apartment. The front desk staff (at the time) was great, and very helpful. Maintenance was very efficient in our getting to our requests. Neighbors for the most part were quiet and considerate. Parking is a bit of a problem, definitely pay extra for your own covered spot. During the day obviously the lot is empty, but during the evenings you might have a little bit of a walk to your apt. The property itself is located right behind a gigantic park, and right across the street from a Smiths grocery store, and post office. Overall i would say that my wife and i enjoyed our stay.
