Joann and Dawn both played a part in being real scam artists. Just took my deposit and application fees only to tell me that I was being denied but couldn't tell me why. Instead gave me a phone number to figure out why. Called the number and they told me it was up to the leasing office to tell me why. If I could give zero stars I would. Joann is a joke.

Great 1 bedroom apartment for me and has a nice view. The price is affordable compared to other places I have looked at in the past and really close to my work. I've only met a handful of my neighbors, but all seem to be nice. One of them even helped me bring in my groceries once. You don't see that much anymore, so I thought it was so nice.

This apartment experience has been horrible uncomfortable and very unprofessional from the very start. I've only been here about 4 months and the front office does not know how to communicate and are very rude. I've never felt so violated in my life, I stated from the start I was not ok with anybody coming into my apartment with out me, the lease holder there. I've told them about 4 times already and they have ignored me and continue to make excuses as to why they entered my residence with out me there. There's answer is we will give a 24 hour notice but I am very uncomfortable with that and very clearly explained that to the office. I've had past problems that I let them know about and they still continue to entrude my living space. I told them I wanted to file a compliant and their answer was simply "we'll write it down". This is unacceptable, my privacy has been invaded and so has my wife's. I need to talk to the owner of the complex because this situation has gone to far and they have literally traumatized my wife's life and mine as well. The worst life experience with these people.

Signed a year lease last year and it was the most horrible place I've lived in. There were ants everywhere! Doors didn't close right at one point I had a wet floor board and reported it to the office it took maintenance about 3 months to come look at it. Washers and dryers were so old and didn't work. When I moved in my windows didn't have screens, dryer didn't work and kitchen sink was clogged and maintenance took a week to come fix it. The former manager Adriana was the sweetest person ever! Then when she left management went downhill. Dawn, the assistant manager I believe, is the rudest lady I have dealt with while renting apartments. I don't know how she still has a job. The new lady in the office is also a bit snobby. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, stay away.

Place is horrible. I have only been here less than a month and the maintinence is crap, as well as Joanne who works in the front office. She is extremely rude and opinionated. Cabinets and floors were both not finished when I moved in, back screen door was off the track, some doors barley shut all the way. Place is a dump. I do not recommend at all. Oh and they also wanted to charge me for a god damn lightbulb to be replaced....

Staff will tell you one thing, then the next time they will say "well we are training her", Shes been there YEARS! Do not go there, you will be sorry. I would recommend somewhere further away if you have to work around this location.

I have lived in a few different places, and this was by far the worst one I have ever been in!! I signed a one year lease and wish I wouldn't have been stuck there as long as I was. The maintenance was awful, I would report something and would end up fixing it myself. My neighbors were awful. When it was time for us to move out we got a notice stating we needed to sign a new lease or give our 60 day notice, for one they sent it to us in July (our lease was up at the end of August) after reviewing our lease I did see it said I only needed a 30 day notice. At the end of July I have my 30 day notice, but in August I get a letter on my door stating I owed extra. I went to the office and they said it was because I was on a month to month lease since I didn't give my notice in time. They continued to argue with me about when my lease ended until they finally looked up my lease and realized I had been right the entire time. Those were just the little things, the HUGE mistake they made was when we moved our belongings out.. We moved our things out a week before we had to be out that way we would have the entire last week to clean, someone that was helping us clean went to the apartment one day and noticed someone had been in our apartment and started painting. We had a few things left there that we were going by to get throughout the week.The boxes were unpacked and scattered around the floor. As soon as I was notified someone was in my apartment without my permission I called the office right away, they called all the maintenance men and told them they were not to be in there and apologized to us, no big deal people make mistakes. It wasn't until later that afternoon when my sister went to get the rest of our things did we realize the drawer we kept our important papers was empty!! It had my birth certificate and my daughters birth certificate, bank statements, bills, insurance information and other personal important documents. There were other items such as DVD players and such that were missing. I had to then call the police to file a report. The apartments played it off as no big deal! These types of things should not happen!! I will NEVER refer anyone over there, living there was the biggest mistake of my life!
