Management is overall great. They keep the building very nice and clean. Such a beautiful building that has potential but My issue is that the walls are extremely thin. I hear my neighbor flushing the toilet, taking a shower, watching tv and talking on the phone. I wish they wouldve built the walls better. Im generally a quiet person so I dont enjoy having to know my neighbors every personal move in his/her apartment. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the building for u. You will hear everything thats going on in your neighbors apartment so keep that in mind. Also they have parking but parking is not generally safe . Cars were broken into because there is no security and anyone walking the street can enter the parking next to the building.

5 stars across the board here at Hudson Blue. I've lived here for months now, and while I do have neighbors, I rarely hear a peep from them while I'm inside my apartment. The studio apartment is perfectly sized, well-lit with two large windows, very modern in appearance (high ceilings), and the appliances are all brand new. The manager on-site keeps the common areas very clean; the lobby always smells fresh when you walk in, which I really appreciate. I have absolutely no complaints. Don't hesitate to rent here! It is a wonderful quiet/respectful community here.
