PETS: Pets are approved on a case by case basis. Applicants must verify with management regarding specific pets and go through a pet screening process. The pet application is $25 each and if approved, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at move in, and pet rent of $50 per month. *Management does not guarantee that your pet will be approved.
MOVE IN COSTS: A holding fee of $1,500 is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied as a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 and a non-refundable carpet cleaning/cleaning fee of $1,250. First months rent and Security Deposit are required at move in. If your move-in date is mid month, the prorate will be assessed to the second month of tenancy.
