Criteria for approval: Total income of all applying adults must be 3 times the rent. Criminal History will be reviewed with a thorough criminal History check and will be up to the owners and taken on a case by case basis. Credit score of 680 or higher is also required. Rental insurance is required and must be active for the entire length of the lease. Shorter term leases are optional with a higher monthly rent.
