This unit features a great location that is only steps away from the beach and Johnnie Mercer’s Pier! This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome offers convenience to families that are looking for space and the ability to enjoy the beach without having to cross busy roads. Recent upgrades in the main living level include counter tops, living room furniture, flooring, and Roku enabled televisions throughout the home. The converted carport offers a great space to hang out and enjoy the waves crashing in the background.
The covered deck off the living area is the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee and people-watching! As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open concept floor plan which helps you keep an eye on little ones while preparing meals or relaxing on the sofa.
