Quiet, Convenient Location, 2 Bedroom Available for Immediate Move-In - Jefferson Place offers spacious two-bedroom floor plans with kitchens that are perfect for entertaining guests. All our apartments come with stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fan in the dining room and balcony/patio. We do not have central air conditioning, but you can use a portable air conditioner, no window air conditioners allowed. One assigned parking spot per apartment. We do have carports when available for $30 a month.
Jefferson Place is minutes from I-5 for an easy commute to the city for work or entertainment. Directly across the street from the Lewis River for those of you who like to fish. It is only 90-minute drive to the coast.
We are a pet friendly community, 2 pets per household. All pets and assistance/companion animals need to be screened before moving in. The first pet screening is $20, and the second pet screening is $15. Assistance/companion animals and no pet, pet screening is no charge.
