Availability -- The home will be move in ready by June 20.
Solar - -Tenant is responsible for the final "true up" bill where PG&E settles usage vs supplied power. Tenant pays all utilities.
The Owner will provide a yard maintenance service on a twice yearly basis for the "far yard" -- but the tenants are to maintain/mow/weed the rear area and front yard areas immediately adjacent to the home.
Qualifying standards are firmly adhered to and are:
 Income requirements: Legal and verifiable household income of at least $9000 per month. We require 3 most current pay stubs and 3 months of bank account statements. Voucher holders are 3x their share.
 Credit requirements: Each adult occupant must have a credit score of 650 or higher (contact us for options for voucher holder alternatives)
 References: Each adult occupant must have at least 3 most recent years of either verifiable home ownership or 3 most recent years of positive rental references from an independent source. We also require proof of rent payments.
 Any and all proposed pets must be submitted, and pass, the screening at petscreening.com
