Management has sole discretion to accept or deny any pet(s) with or without cause. ; A one-time, non-refundable pet fee ranging from $200 - $500 is required per pet. ; Monthly pet rent ranges from $10 - $35 per pet. ; A maximum of two (2) pets will be permitted per apartment.
