Wasnt sure how we would like this place at first but almost two years later and now it feels like home. Lindsey, who works in the office, is such a sweet and helpful person who gets to know you by name. All the offices need people like her working in them! The maintenance workers are nice and fix anything for you very fast. I also love how dog friendly it is!

Really love this place! I lived here when I was younger and excited to be back as an adult. I love the pool and the new pet restriction (all pets matter) good place to start out

This place is pretty good, there are ups and downs about every place, 1 good thing about this place is that they give lots of things to the residants, some places just do trunk or treat and others dont even do that. If your picking a place to stay for a little bit or stay for a while I suggest here : ) By the way, ive gone to the office so much every time i go to the off ice to check a package Kirsten already knows my apt

I was in quite a pinch to find a place to live after flying in from California. The staff were wonderful and helped me find a great apartment that was below my budget as well as walk me through getting everything set up. I went from first contact them, to having a signed lease within a day. I've rented at plenty of locations throughout California and so far, this has been one of the more positive experiences. The neighborhood is very pleasant, the amenities are definitely worth looking into, and the apartment was clean, modern, and had a very well laid out floor plan. I am a new resident, and will update my review after spending more time in the complex, but my initial experience was overwhelmingly positive. How could I forget? No breed restrictions... let that sink in for a minute... Just Awesome.

I've seen some mixed reviews on this place, and I wanted to set the record straight. 1-- those who complain about noise have obviously never lived in an apartment complex. Loud? Rarely, though it does depend on your neighbors. I've found this complex to be surprisingly quiet. I've lived here since Jan. 2015. 2-- Jennifer in the office. Someone complained about her but she has been nothing but nice to me. And no, she is not a friend or relative of mine. Folks have overall been very nice. 3-- Nice diversity, which I like. I've seen representatives of pretty much all races and ages here. Some people may not like that, but I think it's God's Crayola box. 4-- I feel safe here (as reasonably safe as you can be anywhere) 5-- I did ding them on the parking. At some points, it can be hard to find a visitor space if you have a friend over for dinner or movies. I've even had to park in a visitor's space before. However, they do have handicapped spaces. And they will tow your butt, so don't chance it parking where you're not supposed to. But I don't see how that is different than any other apartment complex. I think that's a common issues. So that's my 2 cents.
