From our experience, my wife & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We recently relocated here from out-of-state & although we haven't lived in an apartment for quite a while, we quickly adjusted, finding it to be quiet, safe & well-maintained. The maintenance crew keeps the property & grounds clean & well-maintained and any relatively minor issues have been addressed promptly. In addition, we want to thank the management team for their continued hard work & professionalism, particularly Elena for getting us through some bumps in the road as a result of moving from out-of-state & Ronni, the property manager, for the same & recently for having abundant patience & going above & beyond to help us through some last-minute paperwork issues while renewing our lease. All the way around, happy with our move here

Before, I would have rated these apartments as a 2-star, but the new maintenance team turned that all around. They have fixed at least 80% of the issues we were having from almost 1 year ago, that the old team neglected. I truly love that the apartments have an option with utilities included. People are very pet-friendly here, including the admin team. We will renew our lease for another year!

Moving from out of state has to be the most stressful thing. While apartment hunting my roommates and I came across New Providence Park. We were greeted by the most beautiful beaming woman who introduced us to Patrick to help us further with information. He was the nicest, most informative person we came across on our expedition for an apartment. Hands down the best person to have helped us with this transition. If youre looking for an apartment, go to NPP and ask for Patrick. Hell make everything seem so easy and seamless for you! 10/10 recommended. And the complex is absolutely beautiful, gives a whole resort feel. Loved this experience!

Quiet and friendly neighborhood, management shows they are willing to work with you and care about their quality of business. I'm a sucker for politeness and genuine sincerity. But the dog barking from the dog hotel is unbelievable and the walls, floor, ceiling are so thin you can hear your neighbors. UPDATE... the management sucks and put up a front.they are there to collect a paycheck and nothing more.

I love living here but the only two issues I have are the ants and the birds. I live on the first floor and every time the weather is warm I have a serious ant problem and I've had maintenance fix the weather strip on my doors and everything. Even had pest control spray my apartment. I'm very clean and always keep my kitchen clean and don't leave food out but they are still an ongoing problem. Also if you don't plan on you or your pet getting attacked by birds don't live here. It's repulsive the amazing of bird feces are in my porch. I love birds and all but not when they continuously make nests on my porch. Everyday for the past month I've had to go outside and knock their nest down with the broom and 10 or so birds always swarm down. I can never just sit out on my porch and relax without getting tormented by them. Even when I take my dog out to use the bathroom they charge at her. The apartment can't do anything about it other than remove the nest for you but they go back and rebuild it the next day. The lady above me has a nest and doesn't want to remove it so those birds are always attacking too.

Wasn't so bad compared to others for this price. Other than $50 taken out of my deposit for a blind after listing on the move in inspection that the blinds were messing up from the sun before I ever moved in. Otherwise, was a pretty peaceful living experience, nice property.
Excellent response to my maintenance request. My A/C failed. Fixed within two hours of my calling.
