TERMS & FEES:
Tenant pays electric bill directly to Duke Energy. All other utilities are included.
Cleaning Fee: $350 due upfront (covers move out clean)
We provide a bi - monthly cleaning (included in the monthly rent) which is required for any leases longer than one month.
Pet Fee: $185/pet (2 pets max) We do have some breed restrictions so please inquire.
Parking available on site for up to 3 vehicles.
No smoking, parties or events!
*Please note that there is a 13% tax on any stays less than 90 days.
**If you are interested in a short term lease that is for the duration of the summer months alone, the monthly rate is $2800.
