BRIX is a completely renovated three-story furniture store built in 1866. The original tin ceilings remain intact throughout the lofts and first-floor commercial space, along with exposed brick walls on the interior. Square footages vary between 1450sf and 1900sf. All seven one-bedroom, open-floorplan units have ash hardwood floors, Italian tile bathrooms with double bowl vanities and European fixtures, WoodMode kitchens with iroko hardwood countertops, stainless appliances, gas fireplaces, large flat-screen televisions and in-unit washers and dryers. The lofts are in the heart of historic Williamsport's Old City and Central Business District, one block south of Lycoming College. Units are fully furnished down to silverware, small appliances and linens as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.
Residents are provided dedicated on-site parking, on-site storage locker, and a common outdoor patio and grilling area.
Rent includes all utilities, business speed cable and WiFi, and weekly cleaning service.
We only require one-month leases- however, we give priority to tenants willing to sign one-year or longer leases.
