Rent includes all utility costs, weekly cleaning service, cable TV and Wi-Fi, a reserved parking spot in the attached downtown parking deck. 135 Flats lofts are fully furnished, from in-unit washers and dryers, down to silverware, small appliances and linens. All lofts are smoke-free. No pets, please.
We only require one-month leases- however, we give priority to tenants willing to sign one-year or longer leases. We ask for a fully refundable $1,200 deposit at lease signing.
