The house is single story with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Master bedroom has queen bed.
Front guest bedroom has queen bed and futon couch with single bunk.
Back bedroom has 2 queen beds on floor level and 2 queen built-in lofts.
There is a large covered deck with lake view, with plenty of seating, table and gas grill. Living room has large seating area, 50" smart TV
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and dishware/flatware.
GENERAL: Included high speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, A/C, beach towels. There is a dock on property with lake access and an open dock slip available. Next door is Chestnut Point Park. Amenities include shuffleboard and boccee ball. Renters get full access to all Keowee Key Amenities (renter pays applicable costs)

Amenity rich gated resort, award winning golf, marinas, boat landings, 2 saltwater outdoor pools, 1 heated Jr. Olympic-size indoor pool in the health facility, beaches, horseshoes, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball courts, a 2.5-mile lakeside leisure walking trail, a 2.1-mile terrain hiking trail, activity center and classes, free weights, exercise equipment, racquetball, basketball, yoga, massage therapists, chiropractor and men's and women's locker rooms each with whirlpools and saunas. (A nominal fee is charged to use the health facility.)

There are over 50 waterfalls to hike to within an hour's drive of the lake and beautiful short drives to Stump Tunnel, Jocassee lake and Jocassee Gorges State Park, Caesars Head State Park, DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest and the Chattooga River with world-class whitewater rafting.

Available January 2, 2026 through April 30, 2026 for total of up to 4 months. Shorter term rentals to be considered but may incur rent upcharge.
Owner will maintain grounds and complete any needed repairs.
Renter will have full access to Keowee Key amenities after registration with the neighborhood association.
