Great place to reside, nice community, amazing management.
Parking is Oky, but your car probably need alarm that help protecting car break in while parking on the street.

I have been Living in the complex for 6 yrs.
The area is very quiet. Borger Management Apartment Owner Doesn't allow any foolishness or allow any of the residents destroy his property.
Like some Apartment complexes they allow the community to loose its value. Meaning that You don't desire to live on complex.
One more thing . The property manager
Ms.Kale Davis is an Caring person,and always assure that you're Happy.
Also they care about their residents and give a celebration just to show they care.
Every year we have a Cookout on property and that is really Appreciated.
Thank You to Ms.Kale Davis / Borger Management Apartments for Taking Care of the residents,and the property.

The neighborhood is quiet.
Management is a phenomenon, especially our property manager and the staff. Mrs. Kale Davis, is a caring person, and down to earth person.
She always assures to have resident gatherings every year.
Every year that I have been residing, here in Michigan Park/ Crest- View apartments. The team is excellent and exceptional professional.
The team consists of Sam, Art, both maintenance staff.
The staff get to your work orders on a timely fashion.
The cleaning staff, consists of Maria, and Daisy, both work so hard.
They all keep the Community looking beautiful.
The other perks are free utilities, and parking.
Only thing, is no washers, dryers in apartment homes.
The laundromat rooms are always clean. Have plenty of space.
It is challenging to find apartment homes with this features.
I give Borger Management a five star.
Wish I can continue to reside on the property.
In process of purchasing a home. Need a little more space.
Need it for tax purposes. Other than that . I advise you to move to the community. You will definitely love it. Especially working with the property manager. Name is Kale Davis, a phenomenon person. She cares about her Community. You don't see that at some apartment communities. Thank you Mrs Kale Davis for caring !!!
