I just absolutely adore the ladies that helped me find my home at Avalon. I worked directly with Silvia, with the support of Mary, to get my husband and I situated here. They answered all my questions and I felt a sense reassurance coming from them. I had a bit of a hindrance with my application and thought we werent able to make it happen or be able to reside at Walnut Ridge, but Silvia smoothly settled the issue for me. As for the apartment itself, the living room area is spacey! I love the location; the apartment complexes are located in a cute section of the neighborhood. I recently just moved in from an urban setting not too long so exiting my home to see plenty of trees and squirrels are a lovely sight to see. The club house seems new and the pool/gym is clean. Also, this building is pet friendly. I take my cat on walks around the area and its a peaceful setting for my feline friend. Cant forget the dog park they have for your canine friends as well!

We moved to Avalon Ridge 2 days back and had the best experience! Silvia is the best and will take care of your requirements and needs. The management team is awesome in providing great service to their residents. Looking forward to staying here as long as we could!

Such a Great place! After a long search for apartment complex, we finally found walnut ridge who took the customer service and maintenance to the highest level possible for apartments. Office manager - Silvia, and the rest of the team were nice to me from day one including fast response for every maintenance request and other special requests. Foundation condition is great, highly maintained, and Always clean, as well is the pool. Im definitely recommend this place for everybody! Above 5 stars!

Earlier this week I awoke to find standing water in my kitchen sink, which had been empty the night before. Keith from Maintenance responded to my request for service, and spent more than one hour fixing the problem, which had originated in the plumbing in the garage, two floors below my apartment. Keith stayed in touch with me during the repair process, and reported back to me when the job was done. I'm pleased to give Keith a 5-star review for his excellent service. As a 28 year resident here, I have always received reliable service on the rare occasions when anything needed to be done.

I recently moved out of Avalon Walnut Ridge. I absolutely loved the Community. Mary Bennett and Lisa Dutta were a joy to work with. They always go "above and beyond" in helping the Residents. The property is beautifully maintained and they have a wonderful Maintenance Team. Thank you, everyone for making my stay there a great experience.
