Proof of income must show a combined income of 2.5 X the rent.
Prior to move in, Tenant must pay first month rent of $2,700.00 + Deposit of $2,700.00 for a total of $5,400.00.
1 year lease preferred.
No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the premises of Elima Lani.
