Privileges include: kitchen, dining room for eating only, in-unit laundry, patio, pool/spa in complex. Half of hall closet. Storage space in garage and laundry shelf. 1/4 refrigerator/freezer space and 6 shelves/1drawer in kitchen.

Do not knock on my door or approach me if you see me in the garage without an invitation and an appointment for a tour of the inside. That will instantly disqualify you.
