1. A full credit check will be done. Scores of 600 or higher
Required, no bankruptcies, no evictions or collections, no late rents
2. Pet restrictions will apply, No Cats unless owner agrees, No aggressive breed dogs such as Rottwielers, pitbulls, American Stafford, german shepherds, Doberman pinchers. Text Michael to ask if your dog is considered aggressive.
3. No smoking allowed in the house or garage.
4. Government and City vouchers, please text Michael at 757-286-3878 and give address of property and if the owner will take vouchers, michael will check with the owner and text you back.
5. All rent to be paid by auto draft monthly or Military allotment
