1. Application Process with Vero Beach Rent: Application fee $50.00 per adult and $100.00 Admin fee with completed application delivered to VBR. Move in funds: 1st month rent at the time of signing lease, Last Month Rent and Security Deposit ($1,950.00x3) due on or before moving in date. All funds must be in the form of a cashier’s check or money order payable to Vero Beach Rent LLC.
2. Home Owners Association requirements:
a. A fully executed copy of the lease agreement must accompany the application.
b. One check or money order payable to Verona Trace HOA, Inc. in the amount of
$100.00 per person, that cover for all the fees for the HOA application, fee must accompany this application. (per person/adult over 18 yrs. old) for the background check fee must accompany this
application.
c. A separate security deposit from the Tenant only in the amount of $500.00 payable
to Verona Trace HOA, Inc. to protect against damages to the Common Areas or
Association Property. Funds will be held by the Association and will be returned to the
tenant at the end of their tenure in Verona Trace.
d. All information and materials requested herein must be completed, executed and
submitted to Campbell at 8401 Maplewood Dr STE 23, Jupiter, FL 33458 AT LEAST
THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the expected date of occupancy. Incomplete applications
will create unnecessary delay in approval.
