Enjoy your sizeable balcony with access from the living room and each bedroom. The primary suite features dual vanities, a private bath, and a huge walk-in closet. Each home also includes a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Parkstone Villas is centrally located within Tuscola, with easy access to major highways and a short driving distance to nearby cities such as Champaign and Charleston.

We allow two cats or one cat and one dog under 40 lbs. Some breed restrictions apply. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for each pet & $25 monthly pet rent for each pet.

The $111 utility fee covers internet/WIFI, cable, home phone service, water/sewer, trash, underground parking & storage, and access to the exercise and community rooms.
