The list of issue I had while living there could be written in to a book. In short I had multiple issue with all levels of the management the time I was there. To start things off, I asked the person that walked us through our apartment if I could mount a TV on the wall and not have to pay a fee at the end of the lease. The answer across the board up to building management was that I would not be charged for it after the lease was up. Well after moving out I was promptly charged for it. My washer went out, and after about 10 calls to maintenance, and over a month of it being broken, it finally got fixed. About halfway through my time living there I received an email in all caps that elaborated on cleaning up poop from the dog after it goes to the bathroom outside. I was worded extremely poorly, and was very unprofessional. By the way, I don't have a dog, so I did not need to be berated by management over an issue that doesn't involve me. The door to our building was broken, or partially broken for the past six months and probably still is. Needless to say, it did not get taken care of, and no amount of calls could get maintenance out to fix it. The manager of the building even saw me struggling with it one day and asked if it a common issue, to which I laughed and said "Yeah it has been the past three months". After that it still didn't get fixed, and three months later I was moved out.
This place was just a constant issue to deal with and anytime I needed anything I had to follow up multiple times. The "CEO" Andrew was the last person I talked to and I see why everything else moves how it does. Stay away and find some place that actually takes care of the people paying to live there.
