You must be employed for at least 6 months, have no evictions in the previous 5 years, and do not owe landlord any money from previous housing.You must have two years of good rental history and if you have no rental history a minimum of a 600-credit score. A security deposit equal to one month rent will be required to hold the house after an application has been approved. A security deposit can hold a home for a 25-day time period until a tenant must sign their lease and pay a full first month rent. TPM Realty conducts a full credit and background check. Up to two pets allowed with additional $250 security deposit and $15 per month pet rent per pet.
