I just moved into The Cove at Tiburon, and I love it! Arnie, the maintenance manager, and his team are excellent! I had some requests and they were very responsive to get the team over to help me. They are all very nice too! I wanted to live here because of the great reviews, beautiful apartments, amenities, and gorgeous views. I am so glad that I decided to move here! One of the reasons we love the Cove is the immediate sense of community we received moving in. Our neighbors are friendly and bring value to life daily. On top of that, the maintenance crew is outstanding. We never have to wait more than a day to have something fixed and often times only a few hours. Deybi, Arnie, Jose and Alberto are extremely welcoming (even good with our dog), prompt with service and keep a watchful eye for the neighborhood. Theyre a top notch service team and a pleasure to be around.

I have been a resident of The Cove for several years, and love this waterfront property. It is a wonderful and unique community where you truly get to know your neighbors and make many new friends. Mac the property manager has always been great at solving any issues I have had . Arnie and Deybi on the maintenance team have been extremely prompt at completing any repairs needed and follow up to make sure everything is working properly. I am grateful to have found such a beautiful place to call home.

My wife and I have resided at The Cove for 3 years and its been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We just renewed for our 4th year and, aside from the waterfront living and great community atmosphere (weve made so many long-term friends here), I cant say enough positive things about the maintenance team. The entire crew makes sure our home is consistently in tip-top shape and a place where we feelwell, coddled. Its a standard of care that cant be beat, and a special shout out to Davey for always going the extra mile to make our life at The Cove easy breezy.

This party was really special and so fun! It was special to be in one place with so many wonderful neighbors and celebrate the season of giving together. I met new neighbors I hadn't met yet, and forged new friendships. The food was delicious, and we had a blast dancing to the DJ!!

Have happily lived here 4+ years and my partner and I agree The Cove is the best rental property in Marin by a mile. Management clearly understands the value in building relationships throughout its community. Nice thing is that it really does feels like home not just a rental compound. Great social scene and fab amenities top it off including a highly responsive maintenance crew, first class appliances and some of the most spectacular views in Tiburon.
Its a pretty special place and am glad to be part of it.
