All appliances are new stainless steel. A new washer and dryer are available in the garage.
Fully furnished, the décor is welcoming and comfy with bedrooms (1 K and 2Q size beds) that are large and accommodating, dining/living room flows into the kitchen for a nice open living environment. Two of the bedrooms have pocket doors with an extra mechanical shade for privacy, very nice. The Florida Room is a sunken floor with step down from two bedrooms and the living room.

Small canines Ok, up to 25 lbs each, max of two, PET FEE of $200 per pet.
You will be connected to all the amenities of The Villages including the neighborhood recreation center. Conveniently, the postal center is just down the road. You will be close to Spanish Springs Town Square, all shopping big and small, Walmart, Savannah Center, and much more.
Villages ID guest passes are available for $50 payable to The Villages handled at the Sales Center downtown Spanish Springs.
Cable TV, wireless internet, trash collection, lawn care and utilities are included in the rent.
The Villages is a 55+ community.
Security deposit of $1000.00 due at reservation. At this time we are reserving a 3 month minimum for the high season January thru March 2026. April if added, will be steeply discounted! At lease signing first month rent is due, balance of stay will be due 90 days prior to occupancy. A cleaning fee of $190 will be deducted from the Security Deposit at the end of your stay.
