The very first time I stepped foot into the leasing office, the staff member was very friendly and was very welcoming. I signed my lease two months early. Now that Im all moved in, I had two minor problems and it was taken care of that same day. Not a lot of companies will go out their way to handle things properly. For sure staying here for awhile

I gotta say, Kayla in the office was soooo helpful She made the process easy with no problems. She gave me all the information that I needed with ease, the rooms are very cozy, nicely set up with a mini living room and your own private entrance. 10/10 would recommend!

Its a safe place to live but what they dont tell you is that your utility bills are astronomical. They rent each apt by the room, but they charge utilities by the person. What this means is that if they dont have 2 of the suites in your apt rented, your utility bills are doubled to make up for it. They work in weird ways to increase the utility bills by not replacing or fixing appliances or turning on lights/fans/faucets in empty units. I didnt understand why theyd do this until I read in the lease that they tack on a 35% admin fee of your utilities. You could easily be charged in excess of $300/400 for one month of utilities if they havent rented out all the suites. You do not have access to the empty units to ensure the fans and faucets arent running, but youre responsible for paying for it. You dont even get an itemized bill, they just tell you to pay a certain amount. This is 100% illegal. Want to pay your bill online? Thats an extra $12. Having a friend visit? They have to download an app and pay for parking. Pet owners dont clean up after their dogs so the place smells like poo in some areas. Theres a lot of trash everywhere. Animal restrictions are not enforced and there are residents who beat pit bulls out in the open, and the office doesnt care that the animals havent been approved. The best part is waking up to hearing random strangers in your apt, without getting any notice that theyll be there to paint, or rip up carpet, or whatever.

Kayla, the manger, and Rikki, the assistant were and still are extremely helpful. They helped me move in and did everything they could to make sure I got the room I wanted. The place is literally perfect if youre dirt broke and are going to school or something. The rooms are cozy as all get out and the people who live here are great. Along with a pool, theres a study room with computers and printer to use at your own will and a work out room. This place is welcoming and I couldnt ask for anywhere better. Hope whoever reads this will get to experiment what I did.
