Description
The Broadmoor Apartments was built in 1929 as an Apartment Hotel, complete with a Tea Room and room service. At that time was the largest apartment project ever undertaken in the Tacoma area. Architects Lundberg & Ekvall designed a showpiece of its era, done in an art deco style. The Broadmoor is made up of 76 units with original parquet flooring, original mahogany doors and amazing views overlooking Commencement Bay.
