Do not move here unless you absolutely have to. The apartments are poorly managed, I had 2 vehicles broken into, toilet water from upstairs constantly leaking, the list goes on. The maintenance guy is useless. He openly brags about getting high on the job while failing to do simple jobs like fixing a screen door or repairing leaks. They take weeks to repair things and will laugh at you when you ask for assistance. Also at the end, after they promise to "Take care of you" when you leave, they do not give any bills to you. Instead, they send everything directly to collections without notice. They are extremely shady and will screw you over at any given moment. Worst living experience I've ever had.

This has been my most favorite apartment Ive lived in so far, its so quiet, and my neighbors are so kind. Its almost too good to be true. The views from the hill are so amazing. I love how secluded we are from the street below. Theres a dog park very close with also amazing views. Not to mention, management has been awesome! So quick with responding to our needs and questions. Always so caring. I love it here!!

Bella Vista Apartments is a very nice complex set on a hill with a wonderful view of Mt Rainier. It is a quiet property and I absolutely love living there. It is close to the mall and restaurants are really close by as well. In my 3 years there I never had any issues and I don't see myself moving out anytime soon. Darlene the property manager and Mark the Maintenance Supervisor are very responsive to any work orders and phone calls. I certainly would recommend living there. :)
