approvable… but you still must actually APPLY to really find out!

You have 2 choices:
1- Call the office and request a showing appointment... then, if you like it, APPLY.
2- APPLY FIRST (to hopefully get your application "first in line" for screening) then go look after you are approved. If it turns out you don't like it after seeing it we will reimburse a $50 applic. fee.
