I have a private room available for a single female individual to rent in a beautiful and newly renovated 2-bedroom condo in Saint Albans, Vermont. ***All utilities are included*** (heat, hot water, electric, trash/recycling/compost, snow removal, lawn maintenance, internet, in-unit laundry). The condo has one full bathroom which is shared with myself(the owner). Common areas are shared- kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, large yard area and front porch/sitting area. There is free on-site off-street parking. The private bedroom has a closet with shelving, a new full-size bed and bed frame, a mounted 43" Samsung TV, and a dresser. The condo has 2 entrances which are equipped with a security feature (Ring Doorbell Camera) that the renter will have access to for peace of mind.
I (the owner), work day shift Mon-Fri as a Dental Hygienist and spend most weekends away. Therefore, the renter will have the condo to themselves the majority of the time. I am looking for a renter who will take care of their space and make themselves at home in this beautiful historic building. There are plenty of beautiful hiking trails just out back that connect to Hard’ack recreation area and dog park. This is perfect for an individual that likes to be active and enjoy the great outdoors of Vermont 🍁
The lease term is 3 months (month to month after lease term is complete). However, the lease term is negotiable depending on the needs of the tenant. Rent is $1,100/month (All utilities included). A security deposit of $600 is due at signing. The room will be available for rent on May 15th, 2024.
