The Surf Condo 616 has the overall feel of a quaint, yet spacious, 1-bedroom condo. Sitting on your private balcony, you can see the ocean, smell the salt air, and hear the waves rolling in. You will also be able to see the large pool in the center of the complex’s courtyard.
A perfect work-from-home location. Spend your breaks, lunch, in-between Zoom calls, or your whole day out on the beach enjoying the sun and the sand. Located in Surf City, it is only a mile away from many restaurants and beach shops.
Decorated in soft creams, whites, and beige's, you’ll feel relaxed and calm while staying here. The living room has a full-sized futon that folds up into a couch, there is a soft, comfy chair to sit back, put your feet up on the footstool, and catch up on a favorite TV show, read a good beach read, or just watch the seagulls sail by.
There is a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to grab an easy meal before catching a few rays. The dining room table sits 4, and there are 3 additional stools for the kitchen bar. The hallway has a built-in set of bunk beds (2 twin mattresses). The bunk beds are great for extra bedding or a perfect spot to stow away your luggage. The full bath is in the hallway with a connecting door to the bedroom. There is a small water closet directly off the bedroom. Coin-operated laundry in the building.
The patio features a resin high-top table and 4 stools, along with 2 high-rise resin chairs to add to your relaxation. Another bonus is 2 private covered parking spaces located directly below the unit.
This condo is oh-so-easy and relaxing. Watching the gauzy curtains blowing in the salt air will remind you of carefree vacations gone by that can now be enjoyed again year after year.
