Our HOA employs a roving security team who patrols the neighborhood 24/7!! For the safety of its residents, every entrance to the community is monitored by cameras. There are tennis courts, clean parks, a man-made lake, clubhouse, community pool, driving range, and country club just blocks away! A large shopping center is located within two miles.

Entire house is temperature controlled (maintained at 68-76 degrees, year-round).
Security deposit and monthly rent are each $1,300. We offer a 3 month minimum lease agreement, with the opportunity to renew for up to one year. Our typical tenant is a traveling nurse who stays for an average of 4 months, but we are open to long-term renters. Teachers, healthcare professionals, military, and first responders receive $100 off monthly rent and $200 off security deposit :)
