2. Automatic Renewal and Notice of Termination - Lease automatically renews on a month to month basis unless tenant and or landlord provides the other party written notice of termination 60 days before the Expiration Date.
3. Monthly Rent - $3150/mth. First month and last month rent will be expected before move-in date. A total of $6300 will be expected before move in date. Rent is due by the 1st day of every month.
4. Prorated Rent is applicable based on the move in date.
5. Method of Payment - Cashiers check, electronic, money order or personal check is accepted.
