The house is shared with students/young professionals and has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathroom (each room is rented individually). The house has central AC, heating, dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, washer and dryer and plenty of street parking. The rent is $900 plus utilities.
One month worth of rent is required as a deposit.
