We lived here for 6 months and loved the hot tub, pool, and outdoor space. When we found out we were expecting a new baby, they helped us every step of the way to find someone new to lease our apartment and help us move out. 6/5 stars!

I have lived here 4 months and it’s been great. The staff is excellent and hosts events for the residents units are standard but well built. I hear the resident above me walking but not anything annoying just want to be accurate. The location is perfect if want to walk to restaurants a few shops and the co-op. Very happy with The Hills.

Living at The Hill is a dream! The amenities & ease of new construction in the quaintest neighborhood in the Twin Cities. They thought of everything with this place -- pool, hottub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, dog run, coffee/espresso machine, beautiful club room AND IN UNIT LAUNDRY! I'm so happy here!

We LOVE living at The Hill! The neighborhood is beautiful, the restaurants are fantastic and you can find great shopping just two short blocks away on Selby Ave. The move in was a breeze thanks to our top notch property team. Shout out to Sarah, Carla and Natalie ...you're the best! The property itself is gorgeous with spectacular amenities including a year round fire-pit and and an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven. We searched all over the Twin Cities to find our 'perfect' place and we've found it at The Hill!
