Decent place to live and a good location. The small park nearby is great for walks. We have had a lot of maintenance issues, but the maintenance team has been very helpful. The water has been shut of randomly 5-10 times throughout the year, often without warning. They have also changed laundry services multiple times. The changes creates unnecessary hassle and makes you sign up for a new app. The main office rarely answers the phone.

The one star reviews are frankly surprising. I am about to leave the complex but the staff was amazing and always extremely helpful. Maintenance was very quick to respond to even minor issues. If you are looking for a great apartment in the St Louis Park/ Plymouth area I would strongly recommend Westwind.

Great staff, so-so management company. Amazing location close to my work and a remodeled theater and a good variety of restaurants across the street. On a limit stops bus line so transportation is flexible. Backs out onto a city park with walkways, though the connection to the path should be improved. Would make it 5 stars but the management company is behind on keeping up with improvements and modernization.
Laundry and Elevators should be addressed soon; but new windows, doors, a bit more insulation for units would go a long way for comfort in the Minnesota winter. My 3rd floor is pretty quiet and was remodeled for my move in. Also looking forward to one day being connected to Northstar Fiber ($40/mo for 60 mbps to $70/mo for 1gbps internet).

I lived here for three years and had a great experience. The apartment itself was great, was very clean on move-in. Management was incredibly friendly and very quick to respond to any requests, they also put together a lot of happy hours or holiday get-togethers to foster a sense of community. The pool was really great in the summers! Love the location with a movie theater and a great taco place across the street. I have recommended it to many friends looking for apartments in Minneapolis!

My wife and I lived at these apartments for a couple years and loved it! I'm extremely surprised to see so many negative reviews on here.
The staff were extremely helpful with every need we ever had. It seemed like constant improvements were being made to the grounds and common areas and even adding amenities here and there. What's more, when we renewed our lease there was barely a price increase, which given all their investment in the complex seemed amazing. We also had no problems at all with getting our deposit back once we moved out.
We particularly loved the addition of some planter boxes for tenants interested in gardening, and a games room people were able to reserve. Not to mention the large elevators and gym room. Oh and seriously...location, location, location. Right off 169 and 394 making our commute to downtown a breeze, and on days I couldn't drive, a downtown express bus leaves right out the front. Directly across from a brilliant and cheap movie theater and restaurants. Parks and beautiful walking areas all around.
I would, and have recommended this complex to anyone in the market.
